The Melitea warranty protects the jewelry from any
defect due to the manufacturing process.
Any manufacturing defects and/or breakages which, in
consequence of careful verification by our
technicians, are deemed attributable to the company, will give
right to free repair or replacement
compatible with the availability of the items.
On the other hand, defects due
to improper use, accidental events, alterations
due to wear and tear or repairs not carried out by
our workshops or negligent maintenance
are excluded from the warranty. The warranty is valid 24 months from the date
of purchase if accompanied by the stamped original
receipt.

hypoallergenic or base metal, nickel
free or electronically plated
palladium or enameled.
Steel jewelry is treated with IP
rose, IP gold and IP black, very
stronger treatments than the old plating.
Some models are embellished
with natural or synthetic crystals
and synthetic pearls.
